  • Yes. You choose the opportunities that fit. your schedule, preferred locations, and professional goals. You’re always in control of which opportunities you accept.

  • After submitting your information, you’ll be invited to a brief 10-15 minute conversation. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know you, understand your preferences, and thoughtfully connect you with practices that align with your experience, professionalism, and goals.

  • As a Registered Dental Hygienist, I understand what contributes to a positive work environment. Taking the time to understand each practice allows me to make introductions with confidence, creating positive experiences for both dental offices and hygienists.

  • AuraDent is a referral and placement services, so payment is made directly by the dental practice-not by AuraDent. Most practices provide same-day payment unless a different payroll schedule has been communicated in advance. Payment method and timing will always be discussed before your assignment.

  • AuraDent proudly serves dental practices and hygienists throughout the Peninsula, South Bay, and East Bay.

  • Yes! We love growing the AuraDent community through trusted recommendations. If you refer an eligible hygienist who joins the AuraDent network and meets the referral requirements, you’ll receive a referral bonus as our way of saying thank you.

    There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make—each eligible referral can earn a referral bonus. Contact us for current bonus details and program eligibility.

  • Getting started is simple. Complete our office inquiry form or contact us directly, and we’ll gather a few details about your practice, staffing needs, and scheduling preferences. Once onboarded, we’ll create a personalized office profile highlighting your practice, team and workplace environment. This profile is shared with our hygienist community, allowing them to learn about your office and confidently choose shifts that are the right fit. When a hygienist accepts your request, we’ll confirm the details and coordinate the placement from start to finish.

  • AuraDent proudly serves dental practices and hygienists throughout the Peninsula, South Bay, and East Bay.

  • Each hygienist who joins AuraDent completes a personalized onboarding process. We verify an active California dental hygiene license, review professional experience, and conduct a brief conversation to learn about their clinical background, communication style, scheduling preferences, and the types of practices where they thrive.

  • AuraDent was founded by a practicing dental hygienist who understands the needs of both dental offices and hygienists. We focus on carefully matched professionals, dependable service, and a seamless staffing experience.

  • Every request is unique. While advance notice is always appreciated, we’ll make every reasonable effort to accommodate urgent and last minute staffing needs whenever possible.

  • Absolutely. If you’d like to offer permanent employment to a hygienist you met through AuraDent, we’re happy to facilitate the transition in accordance with our placement agreement.
